Maria Montessori discovered that as children grow up, there are special windows in the development of the person that are the most suitable periods for language acquisition, understanding of number concepts, and the development of motor skills. These special periods are called SENSITIVE PERIODS. During these, the children will express an explosion of interests and boundless enthusiasm for certain things and show both a will and a desire to learn them. This is clearly evident when children learn their mother language.

The education principle is based on the Montessori methods of teaching. The children are encouraged to do things by themselves to lead them towards independence, to develop a positive sense of self, to be confident learners, and to have empathy for others and all living things.

Montessori Kindergarten believes that it is important for children to master their native language and culture, as well as the one that they are living in. They would like to maximize the international aspect of community and encourage the blend of cultures.
