Relocation Consultant:

Duties:

  1. Search and analysis expat residential mark
  2. Build and maintain relations with current clients, develop new client base.
  3. Build and cooperate with third party agencies and clients.
  4. Serve client with his staying in China, provide professional relocation services.

Requirement:

  1. Excellent oral and written English language skills.
  2. Positive work attitude. Can work under pressure.
  3. Good team work and service minded skills.
  4. Strong communication skills, reliable and honest.
  5. Foreigner services preferable.


Customer Service Representative:                   

Duties:

  1. Contact and communicate with the clients. Achieve ongoing needs and requirements of clients.
  2. Manage and follow-up on acquired services. Operate daily activities of the customer service, ensuring appropriate support being provided in a timely and effective manner.
  3. Handle various client complaints. Assist the Relocation Consultant in customer service work.

Requirements:

  1. Have client service and client database management experience.
  2. Good appearance and service minded.
  3. Good communication and organizational skills.
  4. University degree and practical English skills. Communicate in English as well as meticulous and patient.
  5. Willing to work outside meeting with clients on daily basis. (Downtown)

 
Account Manager:

Duties:

  1. Manage working relationship with clients. Understand and maintain client needs in residential leasing market.
  2. Maintain and develop clients in residential leasing market.
  3. Responsible for building strong work relationship with senior managers of multiple companies.
  4. Manage and operate account team.
  5. Supervise and train team members.

Requirements:

  1. Major in enterprise management or related field. 28 years and above.
  2. 3 years or above work experience in market development and 1 year or above experience in team management.
  3. Good appearance. Work well with others and good communications skills.
  4. Business development skills, can work under pressure, and possess good team spirit.
  5. Knowledge in team management. Encourage and train staff members.
  6. Good skills in oral and written communication skills.
